Welcome to CareBee! By using our website, app, or services, you agree to these terms. CareBee is operated under the Laws of Malaysia.

We are a Connector: CareBee is a tech-enabled platform. We connect you (the Customer) with independent service experts. We are not the employer of these experts. The service agreement is between you and the expert.

Assessment & Transport: A standard transportation/inspection fee applies for all site visits. However, if you proceed with the service, this fee will be waived (RM0). If we are running a “Free Assessment” promotion, no charge will apply.

Booking Policy: To protect our platform, you agree not to book any Expert introduced by CareBee privately (outside the platform) for at least 12 months.

Pricing & Coupons: Prices shown include any AI-calculated discounts. All payments must be made through our authorized channels.

Cancellation: If you cancel a booking less than 2 hours before the start time, a small convenience fee may be charged to compensate the Expert’s travel.

Liability: CareBee’s total liability for any incident is limited to the amount you paid for that specific booking.
